One of the funniest things people say after a whitening appointment is...

"Karen... now don't yell at me..."

​

I laugh every time.

​

Then they pull out a bottle of bright blue mouthwash and ask,

​

"Is this okay?"

​

Instead, I usually surprise them.

​

"Actually... I don't recommend most of them."
